In what is seen as a big bonanza for movie buffs, Dell has started selling their lap tops, the Inspiron 1525, below the psychological mark of $1000. An Inspiron 1525 can be picked up with the optional Blu ray disc at a starting rate of $ 879.
The Lap Top features a 15.4 inch HD screen. The Blu ray player can play DVDs and CDs as well. A blu ray CD can hold a data of 50 GB against a standard DVD holding 8.5 GB. Dell is offering the Inspiron 1525 in various color combinations which make them very attractive. High definition videos can be played with great ease. It also provides a one button access to media files.
Presently the Inspiron 1525 is being offered only in US, Canada and Europe. Very soon it is expected to be released in other countries as well.
