- The site is very straightforwared to use.
Easy navigation gets you to the categories you want quickly.
The top rented list is very useful. You can also purchase
pre-played games at a fraction of the original price.
GameFly'S CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Their 9-5 PST toll free service seemed a
little slow on the day we called (1/4/2005) but that may
be due to the after holiday rush. However our questions were
answered quickly and were helpful.
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF GameFly:
- Having 2 games out at a time is probably
OK is you only have 1 system (XBox, PS2, Gamecube, Gameboy)
and you don't play that often. But if you have multiple consoles
like us then you want more out at a time. In the end we received
the games quickly and the service is basically no-hassle,
we just wanted MORE of it.

REVIEW METHODOLOGY
We
signed up for each companies FREE trial offer and choose
the following:
1) We selected the same 10 games in 3 different categories:
3 XBOX; 3 PS2; and 4 Gamecube.
2) We searched through the available games to see which of these games
the site had.
3) We added all the games from the list that the site offered to our
rental queue.
4) We started all trials on the same day to determine the best service
during the same period of time.
