is a comprehensive premastering solution for
production houses, corporate multimedia departments
and replication facilities. GEAR's Mastering
Edition supports the creation of DVD-5, DVD-9,
DVD-10 and DVD-18 as well as ISO 9660 compliant
CD's. In fact, GEAR's Mastering Edition takes
virtually any image and commits it to tape or
disc for one-off production or for delivery
to a replication house. Using GEAR PRO Mastering
Edition is as simple as:
· Opening and naming a New project
· Specifying your output device (CD or
DVD recorder, DLT, DAT, 8mm)
· Defining the project Format (ISO, UDF,
DVD-Video, CD-Audio, Rockridge, Joliet, etc.)
· Selecting for additional options (CMF,
Joliet and Rockridge filenames, ISO 24-level
directory nesting, layer breaks, DDP, recording
speed)
· Specifying your files/images (drag
and drop)
· Creating your premastered project to
disc, tape or hard drive
· Using the completed project for in-house
duplication or for delivery to a replication
house via ftp, tape or disc.
