2.1.6 Miniso feature: This option is only selectable when outputs to Blu-ray movie folder on HDD. As you may realize, most of the media players does not support to play Blu-ray movie folder, so DVDFab find a solution to resolve this problem. The miniso file created by DVDFab can be mounted by DVDFab Virtual Drive, so that your player software can play the mini Blu-ray image files there.
2.1.7 Set volume label and output size: right at the bottom part of the main interface, you can rename your output result, or just leave it for the system default. And then use the dropdown list to choose an output size, where two options are available, BD50 and BD25 1080p/i.
2.1.8 It’s time to start the real copying and burning, just trigger the process by clicking the “Start” button, and then system will detect whether there is a blank media in your disc tray, if you does not put one in at the very beginning, it’s no late to do that now.
2.1.9 Next, DVDFab will copy the entire Blu-ray movie into a temporary folder (default location is on your C disk drive) onto your HDD, when this phase gets done, it will then write to the blank media. The whole copying and burning process may take two hours or so, depending on the original size of your Blu-ray movie, your hardware configurations, the output size, and writing speed you choose.
2.2.0 During this period, you can do some other things, and check the progress once in a while, in case there is anything unexpected. The detailed information will be listed under the “Info” tag, including any error, on condition there was any. And under “Option” tag, there is a sweet feature called “Automatically shut down the PC when done”, you can activate this option if you, for example, want to let it run over night.
3. Get Things Done
When the blank disc finally gets burnt successfully, there also will be a popup window signaling this, like the one below. You just need to confirm it, take the burnt disc out of the disc tray, and then test the burnt disc on your standalone Blu-ray player or computer to see whether it is done perfectly.
