War. War never changes. With Bethesda’s Fallout 4 game just 3 months short of its release, fans have been flocking everywhere they could get a glimpse at the upcoming game. The Fallout game franchise is immensely popular due to the previous game editions, so it’s a bit unusual that the game developer, Bethesda, doesn’t release more footage and teasers since we’re now only 3 months away from the Fallout 4 release date (November 10th, 2015). In a piece of shocking Fallout 4 news, it seems that a major pornography content site, Pornhub, picked up the slack and became host to the best Fallout 4 video on the web so far.
The video was filmed with a shaky camera, in poor conditions, but is still the best one on the web yet. It was filmed (and leaked from) the recent Gamescom gamers’ convention. Other sites have attempted to also host the leaked Fallout video, but the video has been taken down from their servers shortly afterwards. It seems that Pornhub is the only one yet which is capable of maintaining the video online, to the delight (and somewhat of a shock factor) for game fans everywhere. If you had been fast enough to catch the Fallout 4 video while still hosted on Youtube, you would have noticed that the leaked footage only managed to stay on Youtube for a few hours, and at this moment all the links to the video are dead links, except one. You can check out officially release video from the upcoming game below:
Is Pornhub Expanding into Video Game Content?

New footage was leaked on the net as the Fallout 4 Release Date creeps closer and closer
The only link still remaining online, unbothered by the pressure to be taken down, seems to be the original Pornhub video. The site’s backups and servers are probably stronger than the ones of most other websites, and they are also presumably more accustomed to disregard rules or resist pressure in order to continue hosting whatever content they please. This in part explains how come the leaked Fallout video is still hosted on the site and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.
However, this recent piece of braking news may be related to something other than chance and the Fallout 4 video simply finding a more resilient host. Rumors are that Pornhub is trying to expand its content range into video game territory, after also trying other niches and not doing so great about it. The first attempt of the site to break out of the porn aggregation niche was interactive sex technology content, but the results weren’t spectacular. Who knows, perhaps with leaked video game content, the NSFW giant will be able to deliver people everywhere something to truly be excited about.
Hilariously enough, the leaked Fallout video is hosted under the name of ‘Hidden Camera Shows Audience Teased by Big Butt Man in Tights Live’ and only features off-camera footage of the Fallout 4 game, but it’s still the best one yet as far as Fallout 4 content goes. It lasts for 7 whole minutes of poor quality video footage, and frankly, there are several other things to make it unsavory besides the poor quality and the host. It was filed under the tags ‘big ass’, ‘POV’ and ‘homemade’ and the suggested links content on the sides of the video makes you want to quit watching it before it’s even over. The very slow loading speed doesn’t help either.
But the bottom line which remains to be taken out of this news story is that Bethesda, the Fallout 4 developer, doesn’t seem to be handling the pre-launch marketing of Fallout 4 too well. It’s ok to delay the release of videos from an upcoming game a bit in order to build up the excitement and anticipation of fans, but you have to realize that leaked footage may occur to fill the voids you leave. And the hubs which may choose to host that leaked footage may end up hurting the image of your overall marketing, not to mention that you won’t have the chance to work the video your release in order to make it more presentable and so on. All in all, we’re still excited about the upcoming game and can’t wait for the Fallout 4 release date, but this Pornhub business made us wish Bethesda had handled the pre-launch releases better and offered us more video footage from the game before other people did.
New Update: The leaked footage is now pulled from the site.
