Disclosure of Material Connection: In other words (Boring, Legal Pages)
BurnWorld.com is a collaborative blog written by a group of fun individuals that like to test, tweak, review, play around with, and have fun with all aspects of DVD/Blu-Ray creation, video converting, and backing up data.
BurnWorld.com does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest unless of course you are a Hollowood exec that is hell bent on not allowing consumers to do what that want with the media they purchased.
BurnWorld.com does accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. Why not right? If people can stand on the side of the road and make money then I think the pennies thrown our way is perfectly acceptable, even if these pennies are given out to the guys standing on the side of the road. We all do our part, right, regardless of others circumstances????? The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made on BurnWorld. All advertising is in the form of advertisements are generated by a third party ad network, either Google or TribalFusion. Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements.
The owner(s) of BurnWorld are not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on BurnWorld.com are purely from the minds of Rob Boirun, Roger McAllister, and others who contribute from time to time (Thanks!). If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement (Why recommend something that people will throw back in your face). Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
Some of the links on BurnWorld.com are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item, I will receive an affiliate commission, pretty cool huh? Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will add value to my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials.”
